In-Person Training:

$55/one-hour session (strength training, yoga or Pilates mat)

$50/session of 10 or more (one hour each)

$35/session for 30 minutes

$35/two people train together for one hour


$119/2 45-minute meetings; dietary analysis and action plan

$45/45-minute nutrition consult

Each of the above sessions includes a workout plan for you to follow when not meeting with me and nutrition recommendations.

$45/45-minute fitness analysis with recommendations for focus


Remote Training:

$25/week to monitor food intake and workout routine (you will be provided with a 4-week plan at the onset of the first week based on your needs and goals)

$119/remote nutritional analysis and action plan

$50/marathon or half marathon training plan
