This raw kale and quinoa salad is full of healthy ingredients. It offers more than a day’s worth of vitamins A, C and K and is rich in fiber, heart-healthy fats, potassium and B vitamins. The quinoa is also a complete vegetarian protein. It is filling and easy to make.
